Description

Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a 4-storey + basement Public Utility building (TELUS telecommunications - Group F-2) with 2 Class B loading spaces having vehicular access from the lane. Scope of work includes installation of a generator on roof top with a new underground fuel tank. The project is the replacement of the existing TELUS CO building (at #380 E 10th Ave) with a smaller CO building adjacent to it located on #354 E 10th Ave. Once the new CO building is completed and commissioned, the existing CO building will be demolished (separate permit). This is a CP Process Permit, and the applicant is Jack Hui, P.Eng. CP NOTES 1. This permit has been reviewed under the 2025 Vancouver Building By-law. 2. This is a post-disaster building. 3.
