Work under this permit does not authorize excavation, including the disturbance of soils. Any excavation or the disturbance of soils is in contravention of the Heritage Conservation Act and activities must be halted and the British Columbia Archaeology Branch contacted at 250-953-3334 for permits. City of Vancouver must be contacted and will issue a stop work order until all concerns are resolved. This application will experience development delays while the appropriate permits are obtained from the Province, City of Vancouver, and the First Nations.
