High Density Housing / Commercial - New Building - Building permit for DE420212 to develop two three-storey, two-family dwelling buildings at the front of the site and two two-storey, one-family dwelling buildings with built-in two-car garages and two surface parking spaces (providing a total of six parking spaces) at the rear of the site, having vehicular access from the lane. Note: this permit is for all common site work and below grade facilities for the proposed development.
