Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Unit #3110 & #3104 - 31st Floor and common washrooms Interior alterations to demise unit #3100 into two units (unit #3110 & #3104) to create office (shell) spaces and renovate existing common washrooms on the 31st floor of this existing commercial building. No changes to the number of plumbing fixtures in the washrooms. Scope of work per VBBL 2019: demolish partition walls, remove doors, floor finishes, some millwork, construct demising wall to create two suites, new partition walls, electrical, mechanical and sprinkler work. Separate permit(s) and ASHRAE will be required for any future tenant improvements to these suites. Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work.
