Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide bathroom and kitchen update to this existing one-family dwelling with secondary suite building on site. Scope of work to include remove and replace existing secondary suite basement and kitchen, the removal of non-load bearing partition walls in the kitchen on the main floor, add bathroom on the main floor, and work related plumbing, electrical and gas. OK for field review as per C.Yue on Mar 9/20 NOTE: 1. Existing non-conforming fire fighter access to secondary suite approved by B. Cowan and S. Erichsen. A signage indicating Secondary Suite through lane must be shown. 2. Building not sprinklered – No sprinkler inspection or permit required. 3. DBI to determine Structural required REV #1 issued June 9, 2020 (R. Foster) for exterior alterations to the rear (east) 2 storey portion of the building to repair framing and replace all rotted walls, re-frame new roof, replace windows and new stucco to match existing. Revision #1 Notes: 1. Exterior alterations approved as per DP-2020-00368 2. No changes to window sizes or floor area permitted. 3. Energy Upgrade: Bathroom Exhaust Fan with timer control installed. 4. Schedule B Structural submitted by Eric Man, P. Eng. of KSM Associates Ltd., Tel: 604 874-3237.
