Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to the 1st and 2nd storey in one dwelling unit, 2286 W 14th Av in this existing side by side two (2) family dwelling building on this site. Scope of work includes: Install footings and Interior renovation including work in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as new flooring and painting throughout. Rev #1 issued February 24, 2021 (R. Foster) for interior and exterior changes: Interior - installation of Air Handler in the crawlspace, changes to bathrooms and closet doors; Exterior - 2 compressors placed at exterior east side wall, replace all (12) windows, new entrance door and 2 rear sliding/bypass doors (no change to size and location of exterior windows and doors). Energy Upgrade: as per new REUP submitted. OK for exterior work as per POD, Hamid, no DP required per David Jung Feb 2, 2021.
