High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - WESTERLY BUILDING ONLY To retain and temporary relocate a 3-storey heritage house to a City property at 215 W 1st Avenue, and deconstruct the 2-storey and two 1-storey existing buildings north of the existing heritage house. "Notice of Deconstruction must be provided to District Building Inspector 24 hours in advance of deconstruction by calling 3-1-1 or 604-873-7000 outside of Vancouver."\t The deconstruction shall be in accordance with the submitted deconstruction plan and to be confirmed through an acceptable Deconstruction Compliance Report form with copies of recycling and disposal facility receipts. Attach all receipts and submit by email to [email protected]. All deconstruction is to be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning prior to the issuance of the building permit. \t Separate permit is required to return the heritage building from 215 W 1st Avenue back to 35 W 6th Avenue as per BP-2018-03892.
