Related to CF-2017-012509 and CF-2017-014080. Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector. This includes air sealing, attic insulation upgrade and as required by the Energy Upgrade Proposal. ALL NEW WORK TO MEET VBBL 2014. Schedule B (Structural and Geotechnical) submitted by Sharat Chande, P.Eng, 604-291-7434 Energy Upgrade Proposal submitted by Peter Cho of City Green Solutions, 778-816-9053 OK for DB as per B Ostrander with neighbour letter received. Notes: 1. Historical plan JP 203942 shows existing foundation and draintile at required depth for new slab. Work to foundation or exterior of foundation not proposed. Draintile inspection may be required to be determined by building inspector. 2. Addresses assigned per approved plans. Fire and Emergency street access (walkway) to the secondary suite is from the east side. Street access must be provided and maintained at all times and the building addresses posted to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law. 3. Single bar sink permitted in basement rec room. 4. Revision to scope of work may require further building upgrades.
