Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide improvements to this dwelling 4250 Heather st in Building 'R' at this multiple dwelling development on this site. Scope of work includes remove partition walls in kitchen and dining area, remove and install new countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, interior doors and millwork. Installation of flash beam, revised lighting layout and new bathroom fixtures. OK for field review as per K Vogt January 12, 2022 Letter of assurance submitted by: James Lee P.Eng, Structural Schedule B A Sprinkler permit may be required, as determined by the District Building Inspector. -CO/SMK alarms to be updated to the 2019 VBBL -Crawl access to check the existing fire separation. Revision 1: Replacement of drywall and some insulation with additional structural work required per structural engineer's advice after demo. Added notes and assembly details for walls, floors, ceiling and light box. Revision work value: $15,000 Total Project value: $160,000 + $15,000 = $175,000 Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related Trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
