Balcony preparation by saw-cutting slab edge pokets and grind the deteriorated concrete on the slab. Remove old railings and dispose them. Prepare and form new balcony slab with drip-edge on the soffits. Install new aluminium tinted glass railings and apply new tremco 350/351 system on the top of the slab as a waterproofing membrane. Paint all the soffits from the bottom of the slab with Sherwin Williams A100.
