High Density Housing / Commercial - Outdoor Uses (No Buildings Proposed) - Exterior alterations to permit, installation of temporary power, the erosion sediment control system including wheel wash and silt fence, removal of the existing fence, demolition of the existing concrete on site and to de-grub/remove vegetation on this existing site. This permit allows on site mobilization, and to perform some site clearing and installation of the Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) system. Any additional work beyond the above must be approved by the Chief Building Official.
