REV - Client has omitted the exterior board insulation and opted for a 2"x6" wall with spray foam. Because of this change the existing ground floor dimensions got smaller. Consequently to keep the overall dimension the same as the original application the second floor overhang was increase to the back. As built site measurements were updated as per inspector.
