Unforeseen existing site condition correction to elevator Pit drainage system to meet code requirements. 4. West pit and utility tunnel connection revision due to unforeseen site conditions related to existing underground utilities. Therefore, a new 719 sm. mechanical service penthouse is also required to be constructed on the existing roof of the MSB.
