New balcony and deck membrane installation. Attic mold remediation and new attic vapor barrier and insulation. Landscaping: replacement of landscape ties retaining walls with concrete clocks, replacement of landscape ties stairs with concrete stairs on grade, replacement of railings and fencing. Localized paving repairs. New HRV unit installation. This permit has been reviewed under the requirements of the VBBL #12511 (2019) 2. All new openings to match existing. Revision #1 (P Volpi Nov 14/25): 1. Extend the scope of work to add waterproofing on the parking suspended slab and 24 inches below grade on the parking walls.
