Proposal to convert from 3 units to 2 units, a one storey rear addition with finished basement. Unit #1 will be the basement and the lower ground floor and unit #2 will be the upper ground floor and second floors. In the basement bench footing and underpinning is proposed combined with finishing of the addition within the basement. There is a balcony to be added at the front at the second floor, a roof deck at the upper ground floor above the addition at the rear and a light court at the rear. There will be interior alterations to all floors. A basement entrance at the rear is also proposed.
