Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 1st, 2nd & Mezzanine levels Minor renovation, including Letter of Operation for interior alterations and change of use of existing Wholesale Class A to Wholesale Class B (F2) on the north side 1st storey (1674 W 1st Av) and interior alterations to existing General Office (D) on the 2nd and mezzanine (1672 W 1st Av) for a new Wholesale Class B in conjunction with General Office tenant in this existing 2 storey and mezzanine Building with combined open and covered parking on the south side of the 1st storey having vehicular access from the lane. Scope of work includes: alterations to remove partitions and associated mech. and elect. within; remove doors plumbing fixtures, millwork, floor finishes, ceilings, lighting and ducting; remove and replace emergency lighting and exit signs; new walls, doors, custom suspended ceiling, HVAC, lighting, plumbing fixtures, millwork and finishes throughout. REVISION #1: Oct. 15/21 mk Architectural, mechanical & electrical changes per revised plans. Tenant: Bloom Furniture Studio (approx. 8,042 sq. ft.) Separate permit will be required to change the Office or portion of Office (D) on the 2nd floor to Wholesale Showroom (F2) or Retail (E). OK for Field Review per K.
