A Vancouver Business Licence must be obtained prior to the rental of the Bed and Breakfast Accommodation(s). 2. The operator of the Bed and Breakfast must reside within the dwelling unit. The operator is Cedro Charlo. 3. Two (2) parking spaces are to be permanently maintained: one off-street parking space is to be maintained for the bed and breakfast accommodation and one off-street for the principal dwelling unit. 4. A maximum of two bedrooms accommodating a maximum of four bed and breakfast guests may be permitted. 5. The Bed and breakfast accommodation shall not be permitted coincidentally with the keeping of boarders and lodgers. 6.
