Ground Floor Reconfiguration- Space beneath mezzanine to be converted into Office use (Group D ’ Business and Personal Services) classified as a subsidiary occupancy to the main industrial use3. Washroom Facilities- Addition of: * One (1) Universal washroom * Two (2) single-user gender-neutral water closet rooms.
