Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #301-1405 Haro St Interior alterations to provide improvements to unit #301 on the main floor of this existing multiple dwelling strata building. Scope of Work: Non-rated wood frame partitions are (to be) constructed within the suite to close the dining area from the kitchen, and from the living area. The dining area to be accessed from Living area, by a pocket door. The existing exterior walls and party walls of the suite are not to be disturbed. The Drywall assembly of the existing ceiling is not to be disturbed. OK for field review as per Nehzat J. on November 21, 2022.
