The localized repair and protection of the pre-cast cladding panels and exterior CMU walls on the roof level of the former Sears box store at Scarborough Town Centre Mall. The proposed work includes the following; localized repair of CMU block units, localized welding of new steel plate reinforcing to embedded cladding supports at the roof edge, preparation and installation of new protective coating to all precast cladding anchors, removal and disposal of the existing access hatches, installation of new lintels and hollow mental door/frame in replace of the existing hatches to the inlet cavities, localized sealant installation at all holes in precast cladding system, and installation of new self adhered membrane tied into existing roofing system with metal flashing and sheet metal cladding on the existing CMU block walls at roof level. - Former Sears - Scarborough Town Centre
