Scope of work includes: voluntarily replace exterior cladding with new non-combustible cladding and insulation upgrade; add new energy efficient windows; approve 57.29 sq.ft FSR to WWOP kitchen addition and rear deck; add laundry area/storage area for basement suite. Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector. This includes air sealing and upgrading of insulation in attic portions of roof. Exterior walls will be voluntarily upgraded with insulation. Ok for DB process as per T. Chen June 7th 2017 Notes: 1. Energuide Report submitted bu City Green Solutions dated Sept.29, 2016 2. Prior to final inspection approval applicant to provide completed Energuide upgrade proposal/report to the satisfaction of the District Building Inspector.
