ADDRESS NOTE: #530 will be cancelled upon permit issuance and is to be removed from the building/suite entry. #501 to be posted as shown on the approved plans and clearly visible from the suite entry prior to final inspection. TENANT: #501 - Bryson Markulin Zickmantel #560 - Vacant Separate permit(s) and ASHRAE will be required for any tenant improvements for newly demised (reduced size) unit #560.
