MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD = 60 **overtime requested ** REVISION #1 (Apr.11/19, B. Smith) East wall of lab stays at exIsting position + North wall shifted South. Janitor`s closet removed and washrooms relocated. Mop sink moved to existing storage room. Shelving added. Bar area reconfigured by shifting bar South to where proposed washrooms were. Relocated entry to South side from East side thru new pony wall (type 1 wall). Moved sink from beside dishwasher to underside of bar beside display and till area. Coffee station moved from West wall to Southeast part of bar. Add water tap beneath bar counter-top. Removed 1 fridge and moved 2 approved from West wall to East wall under bar. Added 3 60" fridges under the bar. Added storage for nitro & CO2 tanks for wine keg taps & Glycol chiller units. Added wine amphora display at bar. Front exterior access ramp + rear exit stair changed to wood construction. Removed proposed walls i& doors in manufacturing area. Added new 2 hour rated wall between units. REVISION #2: The exterior accessibility ramp has been changed to concrete construction. The proposed West corner stair on the South elevation has been switched to the East-side of the ramp and the ramp has been shifted to the West-side where the stair was. Door type B height changed to 6`-8" (used to be 7` height).
