(See Terms for additional details regarding scope of work) Proposed Occupant Load = 90 for entire suite, limited retail food max. 16 patrons. Tenant: The Edge Cafe Ok for DB per Shelley Dugaros. Ok to infill one loading bay door to create new double doors and windows and new roof top units (3) per Haizea Aguirre Puertolas. Building Review Branch Notes: - This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building Bylaw (#10908). - This work is considered Minor Renovation as per Part 11. F1, S2, N1, A2, E2 upgrades shall be provided. - Accessible washroom shall conform with 3.7.2.10. REVISION #1 - issued Nov. 27, 2019 Main Floor: Revise cooking line up in kitchen, revise layout in lunch room, new wall opening in existing storage room, and revise parking layout. Second Floor: Revise layout of tasting rooms, remove all equipment in kitchen except mop sink and hood, revise layout of cooler and relocate access panel of the exhaust shaft, use fire wrap instead of fire-rated exhaust shaft, revise office layout at the north end of floor area. REVISION #2 - issued April 21, 2021 (Reviewed during the 2020 pandemic crisis.) Second Floor: Remove a portion of the partition wall for "Tasting Room" to enlarge retail food area to allow social distancing. Egress door at tasting room will not be required and can be locked permanently. Number of patrons permitted in limited retail food unchanged.
