Scope of work: to demolish partition walls to existing lunch room and server room to reconfigure to add a new phone room. Tenant: Knightsbridge. District Building Inspector determined a sprinkler permit is required to relocate an existing sprinkler head by the new phone room as per Howie Chow, February 11, 2020. Selected Energy Upgrade: E2 - HVAC - Clean and Balance all Air Systems (per 6.7.2.3.2 of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) OK for Field Review per H.Chow
