Work to be done include installing partition walls to create a Staff lounge, a new universal washroom, and new racklings Letter of assurance provided by Vipul Chauhan, Architect AIBC, 604-264-1450, Schedule A & B (Architectural) Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to Restricted to Partial Automatic ON Revision #1: Remove the proposed washroom in the staff lounge, change the existing wall opening (5'-0") location, keep the wall with a 7'-0" opening, keep the existing kitchen and the existing location of the utility sink Revision #2 Add a swing door and a window at the interior partition that separates the Sample Room from the Staff Lounge, change the direction of the double door swing which would lead into the Warehouse, remove the previously approved racking in the Warehouse, and provide a Window and Door Schedule
