Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide improvements to this existing Beauty and Wellness on the ground floor of this exiting mixed use building on this site. Scope of work includes the removal and addition of interior walls, revised lighting layout and new millwork. Tenant Name: Liveo Beauty Related to DP-2020-00794 OK for field review per Kirat Kang - July 18, 2022. Notes: - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to Local Control (per 9.4.1.1.(a) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) - This building is not sprinklered. - DBI to determine on site if a Schedule B, Structural, is required. - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows so that the interior of the premises is visible at all times from the sidewalk. - Maximum occupant load: 10 persons. A permanent sign with lettering not less than 50mm high with a 12mm stroke must be placed at the front entrance indicating the max occupant load. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
