High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Scope of work is interior/exterior alterations and a change of use from a retail store (E) to a limited retail food (E - Starbucks) in Unit #20 on the ground floor of this existing 6-storey mixed-use commercial building. Notes: 1. Exterior alterations, the removal of the existing tenancy doors to be replaced with the take-out window and canopy cleared by Planner Michele Alborg 2. Class-5 Cooking operation 3. Occupant load within tenant is limited to staff only. 4. Permit reviewed and approved to VBBL (2019) Revision #1 (P Volpi Sept. 18/24): 1. Add staff entry/exit door on exterior elevation between pick up windows (previous tenant had a door also). 2. Reinstate fire pull at new door and exit signage to suit. 3. Adjust front line casework for addition of door. 4. Add low graphic film on glazing where grade is below floor to obscure view below waistlines for privacy. 5. Adjust furniture/casework layout in "Partner Area" for improved sightlines at glazing. 6. Relocate door between front and back house areas for improved sightlines at exterior glazing. 7.
