The developer shall report observations in a condition assessment to the City. If upon further assessment, structural repairs are deemed required at the expansion joints, the City requires provision of: 1.\tSigned and sealed structural drawings for review before proceeding with repairs; and 2.\tSigned and sealed memo confirming that the proposed repairs will not negatively impact City’s structure.
