This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on July 1, 2025. 2. Radio Antenna System is required. 3. A 2 hour pre-shaft to the roof has NOT been provided the CRUs. Owner assumes the responsibility of informing all future restaurant and retail food tenants that they will be required to upgrade their respective CRU with a kitchen exhaust system that complies with the Vancouver Building Bylaw and all applicable City regulations.
