Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alteration. Offshore work to replace the existing Float G and Float G to L with the same number of berths. New potable water, standpipes and electrical pedestals. This permit is related to onshore work under BP-2017-01651. OK for DB permit as per David Autiero on April 25, 2017. Fire Protection conforming to NFPA 303 & 307 will be required for the new floats. Plastic piping will NOT be accepted. NOTE: The Permit intake with Andrew Norrie (REFM) was rejected in April 2017, then accepted at a 2nd intake on Nov. 22, 2107. John Ross (REFM) has taken over as the applicant. * NOTE: There is a non-registered Floodplain Agreement on file for this Marina. If the Crown lease of the lands/Burrard Civic Marina is assigned to a third party, that third party must be made aware of this Floodplain Agreement and the Floodplain Agreement must be assigned to the third party at that time. There will be no "public notice" of this agreement. If this agreement is not assigned to the Lease at the time of a future assignment of the Crown lease of these Lands to the third party, the agreement does not automatically run with the Lands, and the City would need to require the new lessee of the Lands to enter into a new Floodplain Agreement. * ** AN OVERTIME REVIEW HAS BEEN REQUESTED **
