Scope of work includes: alterations to remove all walls, doors, millwork, wall finishes, flooring, electrical, plumbing and lighting fixtures; new walls and doors for reception/waiting area, mech/staff room and universal washroom, new electrical, plumbing and lighting fixtures, dental equipment, paint and finishes throughout.
