Development Review Branch Notes: The outdoor patio for 42 seats is for the exclusive use of 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Director of Planning. If this tenant ceases to exist, Planning may wish to seek additional information regarding the new tenant space and potentially a new DB if they wish to utilize this outdoor patio.
