Scope of work to include upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.2 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law for minor renovation and small suite change of major occupancy and as required by the District Building Inspector. OK as a DB field review as per HChow, March 20, 2017. Selected energy upgrade: L2 - Lighting - Upgrade all hard wired Lighting within scope of work area to High Efficiency light systems (existing T-8 fluorescet light tube will be replaced with new T-8 LED light tubes)
