Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 676 W 50th Ave As per Board of Variance appeal number Z36080, dated April 15, 2025 for exterior alterations to permit the addition of an aluminum cover (approx. 24'0" by 27'0") over the upper floor roof-deck at this existing single detached house with secondary suite in the cellar and with a detached accessory building (garage) at the rear, providing four (4) parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane, and subject to the following conditions: (1) that this upper floor, roof-deck cover has been approved with an exclusive use clause and ONLY for the current Owners - 'Baljit Kaur Sandhu and her family members'. And if the current Owners (Baljit Kaur Sandhu) sell the property, then they "must remove" this roof deck cover addition and all at the owners' expense; and (2) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Note: On April 15, 2026, the Board of Variance reviewed and updated the board's April 2025 decision and granted an extension of the boards decision to obtain City Permits by October 15, 2026.
