High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations only to reverse doors at vestibules accessing from Building 7 at 2940 Virtual Way to P2 & P3 levels of Parkade in Building 5 at 2930 Virtual Way and to install electromagnetic locks on these doors in order to restrict accesses to Building 7. Scope of work includes addition of two new doors at the existing end-trip facilities on P2, removal of two parking stalls on P2, minor duct work, and reversing the direction of the existing horizontal exits in order to lead from Building 7 to Building 5 on these two levels. OK for DB as per Andrew Wroblewski on Oct 03, 2019. Sch A, Arch B & Mech B are submitted. ******THIS PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF VBBL 2019******** Building Review Branch Notes: - All new work shall conform to VBBL 3.1.5 Noncombustible Construction in Building 7. - New exit signs shall be integrated with the existing exit signage system. - No mechanical duct shall obstruct into the existing parking space with clear height less than 6.56’.
