Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #660 & #650 - 6th Floor (to expand) Interior alterations to this existing office space on the 6th floor, to expand #650 to suite #660 (retaining #650) and provide landlord improvement to suite #660 only in this existing commercial building. Scope of work: Remove the demising wall between 2 suites (#650 and #660), select demo of interior walls, new sliding/glass doors and walls to create new offices. Electrical and sprinkler work to suit. TENANT: Scion Law Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable.
