Wong - August 4, 2022 Notes: - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Full OFF (per 9.4.1.1.(h) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - Schedule B, Architectural, Shun Yao (Michael) Lu, Architect, 778-322-8158. - This building is not sprinklered. - Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable.
