Building Review Branch Notes: 1) Total Occupant load proposed is 46 seats + 4 staffs =50 persons. 2) A permanent sign indicating the above proposed occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous location near the suite's principal entrance. 3) Separate permit and additional washroom will be required if total occupant load exceed 50 persons. 4) Separate permit is required for any outdoor patio seating.
