Scope of work: Demolish a wall separating control room and vestibule, remove a portion of a wall to provide an opening between the control room and the computer room, demolish existing millwork. Construct new furred wall, new card reader on entrance door and electrical work. REVISION #1: To add new doors and frosted security film to existing windows, remove furred wall and insulation in the corridor, proposed electrical, mechanical work and equipment from scope of work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
