Scope of work includes the targeted repairs to the exterior stucco, balcony repairs, replacement of exterior guards and stairs, replacement of plumbing in the parkade, and Structural repairs to units 129, 223, and 305. Okay for DB per POD M. Einifar for exterior alterations to repaid the balconies, fascia, handrails, stucco and guardrails to match existing conditions. Okay for aluminum soffits as long as it matches the original in terms of shape and size.
