Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #2010 - 20th Floor Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements to an existing office unit on the 20th floor (#2010) in this existing commercial building on this site. Scope of work: Full demo to base condition, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler work. Separate permit is required for future tenant improvement or to change the use. Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application.
