Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To alter this Municipally Designated Heritage "B" commercial building on this site as per condition below: 1. Rehabilitation of the building by way of interior alterations to the ground level from Restaurant Class 1 to Retail Limited Food Service. The alteration described under item no. 1, authorized by the Building Permit Number BP-2023-01955, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Furthermore, Heritage staff have the following Conditions of Approval: 1. All conservation work should be done in accordance with approved Architectural Drawings, which is made part of this permit application. REVISION #1: To change the back of house layout and to remove the grease interceptor from the 2-comparment sink in the front of house, behind the counter. B.Wong - Sep 29/23 New Tenant: Lee's Donuts Ok for field review per J. Zhang - June 6, 2023 Notes: - Schedule B, Architectural, Travis Hanks, 778-837-6744 - DBI to determine on site if structural schedule B is required. - DBI to determine on site if seismic letter is required for shelving/racking over 6ft. - This building is sprinklered. A separate permit is required for all related work. - Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. - Class 5 Cooking (No Hood): 1. Class 5 Cooking Operations (No Hood). 2. Appliances are less than or equal to 6 kW (Cooking procedures producing significant grease laden vapours, or significant heat or steam are not permitted).
