Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Unit #900 - 9th and 10th floors (#1020, #1050, #1070) Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements for this existing office tenant on the 9th floor and on the 10th floor of this existing commercial building. Scope of work: Full demo on the 9th floor and construct new partition walls, doors for new layout, remove all the demising wall and combine all the office units into one on the 10th floor, electrical and sprinkler work. REVISION #1: To configure the office rooms walls and doors on the east-south elevation on the 9th floor and throughout the 10th floor, and add card readers on both floors. (See detailed scope on the application form) - Feb 7/25 - LLL REVISION #2: To install a maglock with sequence of operation and minor office layout configuration adjustments. Increase in project cost of $10,000. - May 15/25 - LLL REVISION #3 - To make interior changes including wall layout, doors, lighting, and sprinklers on level 9 and 10. - Jan 14/26 - LLL NOTE: Concord Pacific will occupy both floors entirely thru interconnecting stairs.
