Occupant load = Max 335 persons (for the entire suite including the theatre with occupant load of 51 persons) Tenant: Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (VanArts) Triggered N4 is relaxed to N3 for BP-2022-03658 for Unit #700 with subject to condition that all future TI shall have N3 upgrade as per M. Lam on Sep 15, 2022 with the owner's commitment dated Dec 14, 2022.
