Scope of work: Demolish display bath, kitchen and millwork. Construct new partition walls and doors to create multiple offices, phone rooms, electrical and sprinkler work to suit. Revision #1: To alter interior demolition plan to removal of display suite only. All subsequent interior alterations beyond demolition have been removed from the scope of this permit. Notes: 1. Rooftop is not permitted to be used as an event space. 2. Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. 3. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
