Combustible piping materials shall comply with 3.1.5.19, and Combustible plumbing fixtures with 3.1.5.20. - For F2 upgrades, two exit stairwells shall be upgraded to 2h FRR from Level 6 to Level 1 as per the Architect's exit assessment report dated on Mar 08, 2025 and be accepted by District Building Inspector. - No event is permitted at the rooftop patio at any time. - After relocation of the northwest mechanical vent shall be filled so no opening is facing the proposed barbeque. - Glass guards shall be reviewed by the platform structural engineer. - The new lift shall comply with CSA-355.
