Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #2880 - 28th Floor Interior alterations only to provide improvements for a new tenant to this existing general office on the 28th floor (#2880) in this existing Municipally Designated Heritage 'M' building on site. Scope of work: Demo existing partition, door/frame and the closet. Reconstruct existing glazing partition, doors, electrical, mechanical and sprinkler work to suit. TENANT: Founders Metals Inc Building Sprinklered – Separate sprinkler permit required for proposed sprinkler work. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
