Separate permits will be required for the removal of the accessible ramp when the City’s Tenancy at 305 W 8th Ave ends. If the applicant wishes to convert this ramp into a permanent feature in the future, a new application will be required, and applicant may need to enter into an Easement and Indemnity Agreement with the City for any encroaching elements.
