Exterior work to match look and feel of existing materials. Note: Separate Permits will be required to provide tenant improvements for 1856, 1858 and 1860 W 4th Avenue This building is sprinklered. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. Note to DBI - the work of cutting the concrete and modifying the slab on grade on the storefront (exterior) have not been added to the structural drawings.
